  • Standard Shipping: FREE on orders $100.00 AUD and up
  • Standard Shipping: $10.00 AUD on orders under $100.00

International Shipping

Available to: United Arab Emirates, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and United States.

  • Standard International: FREE on orders $100.00 USD and up
  • Standard International: $10.00 USD on orders under $100.00
  • Delivery timeframe: 6 to 27 business days

2. Processing Times

Once your order is placed, it enters our fulfilment queue.

Typical processing times are:

  • 1 to 3 business days for order handling and dispatch
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day

3. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on your location and local postal services.

As a general guide, customers can expect:

International:

  • Extended delivery (rare cases): Up to 30 business days

  • If you do not receive tracking information within a reasonable time, please contact us and we will assist you promptly.

5. Delivery Issues and Incorrect Addresses

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing an order.
  • HeimBlanc.com cannot provide refunds or replacements for orders delivered to an incorrectly supplied address.
  • If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping fees may apply.

6. Delayed or Lost Parcels

If your order has not arrived after the maximum delivery window (30 business days for international orders, 10 business days for domestic orders), please contact us so we can investigate with our shipping partners.

In the event that a parcel is confirmed lost, we will offer either:

  • a replacement shipment, or
  • a full refund
